You choose a shop and pieces
Each shop has its own window, with photos, options and reviews. You fill up that shop's basket.
You place the order, no account needed
Your name, your email and where it's going. If the shop has given you a discount code, you enter it here.
You pay the way the shop says
If the shop takes payment online, you pay by card there and then. If not, it writes to you to confirm the total, the shipping and how to pay. Nothing is charged until then.
It's made for you
Nothing comes from a warehouse: it's printed and finished by hand when you order. Another colour or a change? Just talk to the shop.
It arrives at your home
It ships with a tracking number, within Spain or abroad if the shop ships to your country. Once it's on its way, you can leave a review.
If something goes wrong
From your account you tell us what happened and the shop sorts it out with you:
- I want to return it
- It arrived damaged or broken
- It hasn't arrived
- It's not what I ordered

Each shop sets its own return period and guarantee, and you'll find them on its page before you pay.
Can't find what you're looking for?
We design it from scratch or scan a piece you already have to make copies. We'll quote it with no obligation.
- Are these official Playmobil pieces?
- No. They're compatible custom pieces: designed and made by customisers and the workshop, not by the brand.
- Do I need an account?
- No. With one you can see how each order is going, save your addresses and let us know if something goes wrong.
- Do they come painted?
- It depends on the piece. Each listing says whether it comes unpainted or painted, and whether it includes decals or stickers.
- Do you ship outside Spain?
- Yes, if the shop ships to your country. When you choose the country in the basket you'll see whether it ships there and how much it costs.

Each shop's catalogue is its own. Only you see your pieces, and nobody else sells them unless you say so.
